Procare Mobility Courses offer Moving and Handling and Hoist training awareness training days for up to 12 candidates per session. We have been working with the Social Services, charities and the private sector offering training to carers for the past 10 years.

Training is at the top of many organisations agenda. It is important to have first class, hands on training using equipment that staff have to use every day in the workplace rather than follow DVS’s as a form of training.

The courses that Procare Mobility offer are designed to provide candidates with the essential knowledge and understanding of the safe process of moving people. This helps prevent injury to themselves and the person been moved. The courses also cover the legal requirements regarding moving and handling.

We use a professional training company called “Centaur” to update our knowledge and skills on a regular basis and have the necessary insurance in place to offer such courses.

Training could be in your workplace if the space is sufficient making it more cost effective. Procare Mobility supply all of the equipment needed for the course. Certificates are given out on completion.
